DIAGNOSIS:

Diagnosing a fault with your vehicle can take anywhere between 30 mins and 1.5 hours. A more complex issue could take longer to diagnose however we will keep you informed every step of the way in terms of what we find, recommend repair and costs associated with this. We have diagnostic software for VW, Audi and Porsche so can scan your vehicle for fault codes to assist with the diagnosis process.

REPAIRS:

All repairs are carried out with your agreement using new, warrantied parts. We always prefer to have diagnosed your issue in-house to ensure the parts being ordered and repairs being carried out are fit for purpose and exactly what your vehicle needs.
